The world-class, five-story facility includes office, ticketing, concessions, <br />restaurant and amenities, as well as a 220-space below grade parking garage. All <br />new buildings (North Building, West Building, Parking Garage, and Living Core) <br />are interconnected. <br />The project includes the fit-out of 3,500-SF tenant space, which is located across <br />the street from the main jobsite. The project also includes the construction of all <br />underground utilities and the main road. The new FMOS project is connected <br />to the existing Museum of Art by a common Plaza. Our team has been working <br />adjacent to this active museum since our first day onsite. <br />$4.7 million, 35,855-SF interior renovation project for the Maternal Child Health <br />Department located on the second floor of the existing west and south tower. <br />The scope of the project will encompass four phases: <br />Phase 1 - Post Partum, VIP Rooms and NICU relocation including demolition, <br />major renovations, and new finishes. Phase 1 scope was complete August 2014. <br />Phase 2 - Corridors and Main Public areas including finishes, light fixtures, and <br />decorative features. Phase 2 scope was eliminated by hospital. <br />Phase 3 - Labor and Delivery Room (LDR) renovations, two new LDRs at old <br />NICU location including finishes and major renovations.
