Services include the design of <br />master plans, housing prototypes and <br />regulations that emphasize human scale, <br />historic context, public open spaces and the <br />pedestrian realm for neighborhoods in the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach and also have the <br />capabilities to perform grant writing for FEMA, <br />Miami-Dade County and the State of Florida. <br /> <br />Activities may include but shall not be limited <br />to: <br /> <br />• Feasibility studies <br /> <br />• Planning studies for operational facilities <br /> <br />• Surveys <br /> <br />• Inspections and evaluations <br /> <br />• Collection of data <br /> <br />• Engineering and economic feasibility reports <br />and studies <br /> <br />• Cost estimates and economic analysis <br /> <br />• Attend meetings with City staff and <br />presentations to City Council <br /> <br />• Community Outreach and Visioning <br /> <br />• Community Redevelopment Planning <br /> <br />• Corridor Planning <br /> <br />• GIS Mapping and 3-D Animation <br /> <br />• Comprehensive Plans and Evaluation and <br />Appraisal Reports <br /> <br />• Zoning and Land Development Regulations <br />with an emphasis on Form Based Codes <br /> <br />• Master Planning
