Staffing Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of subConsultants, that will be assigned to this project well as experience and qualifications. The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to the management contract can be drawn. The composition of the staff team should include:  The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract  Their function in the company.  The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work.  Must show evidence of how the firms personnel meets the minimum qualifications as it pertains to years of experience. 4.
