No. PZ2015-10 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff and consultants have reviewed the site plan application, and <br /> based on the review the application is consistent with the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan and the City's Land Development Regulations. <br /> In addition, the Applicant is not requesting any variances. If approved, <br /> the site plan application is subject to all conditions stipulated on the <br /> Staff Report. Staff is submitting this application for consideration by <br /> the City Commission. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The application was deferred by the City Commission from the public <br /> hearing of May 21, 2015. The proposal has been modified according <br /> to revised plans submitted by the Applicant on June 30, 2015. The <br /> Applicant is now seeking approval of a site plan application for a <br /> mixed-use 17-story residential condominium consisting of 61 <br /> residential units and a 5,721 square feet ground floor of commercial <br /> space for Office/Retail uses for total of 126,888 square feet of Floor <br /> Area Ratio (FAR) for the property located at 17550 Collins Avenue. <br /> Staff notes that several revisions have been made to the site plan. <br /> These revisions include reduction of FAR due to the withdrawal of <br /> 23 <br />
