Samson Commission Chambers, Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida on Thursday, July 16'", 2015 at 6:30 p.m.: to consider the following Zoning application: Application: 17550 Collins Avenue, LLC ("Applicant") Project Name: Residential Condominium Tower/Commercial (Restaurant/Office/Retail) Location: 17550 Collins Avenue Public Hearing#: PZ2015-10 Summary: The Applicant is seeking approval of a site plan application for a 17-story residential tower with a ground floor commercial space (Restaurant/Office/Retail). The application consists of 61 residential units and 126,888 square feet of floor area ratio (FAR). Additionally, the Applicant is requesting approval of the use of mural and graphics on temporary construction fencing. This zoning application was deferred from the Public Hearing scheduled on May 21", 2015. Requests: 1. Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a site plan approval for a 17-story residential tower with 61 residential units and a commercial ground floor (Restaurant/Office/Retail) with a total Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 126,888 square feet. 2. Pursuant to Section 265-63.3 (G) of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations, the Applicant is requesting the use of graphics and murals on a temporary construction fence. The plans reviewed are on file, and may be examined, in the City Clerk's Office and are entitled "17550 Collins Ave", prepared by Revuelta Architecture International stamped date received June 30, 2015 consisting of 28 sheets; Landscaping prepared by Lewis & Neilsen Design date received June 30, 2015 consisting of 17 sheets; Civil prepared by Ocean Engineering, Inc. date received June 30, 2015 consisting of 4 sheets; Photometrics prepared by Arpe Engineering, LLC date received June 30, 2015 consisting of I sheets; and the Survey entitled ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey prepared by Fortin, Leavy, Skiles, Inc. consisting of two sheets and updated on December 12, 2014. Plans are subject to revisions based comments provided by staff of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Plans are subject to modification.
