The application consists of 61 <br /> residential units and 126,888 square feet of floor area ratio (FAR). Additionally, the Applicant is <br /> requesting approval of the use of mural and graphics on temporary construction fencing. This <br /> zoning application was deferred from the Public Hearing scheduled on May 21", 2015. <br /> Requests: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br /> Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a site plan approval for a 17-story residential tower <br /> with 61 residential units and a commercial ground floor (Restaurant/Office/Retail) with a <br /> total Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 126,888 square feet. <br /> 2. Pursuant to Section 265-63.3 (G) of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br /> Regulations, the Applicant is requesting the use of graphics and murals on a temporary <br /> construction fence. <br /> The plans reviewed are on file, and may be examined, in the City Clerk's Office and are entitled <br /> "17550 Collins Ave", prepared by Revuelta Architecture International stamped date received June <br /> 30, 2015 consisting of 28 sheets; Landscaping prepared by Lewis & Neilsen Design date received <br /> June 30, 2015 consisting of 17 sheets; Civil prepared by Ocean Engineering, Inc. date received <br /> June 30, 2015 consisting of 4 sheets; Photometrics prepared by Arpe Engineering, LLC date <br /> received June 30, 2015 consisting of I sheets; and the Survey entitled ALTA/ACSM Land Title <br /> Survey prepared by Fortin, Leavy, Skiles, Inc. consisting of two sheets and updated on December <br /> 12, 2014.
