Complete 'Provided' column in Landscape Legend. <br />2. Label all site elements such as sidewalks, monument signs, bus stops, <br />roof overhang, driveways, generators, fire hydrants, etc. <br />3. Show location of existing trees/palms in landscaped area on west <br />side of Mobil Station. <br />4. At northeast corner, Jasmine and Green Island Ficus are the same <br />type and size of shrub. Combine into one groundcover or provide <br />alternate species as backdrop along property line. <br />5. Provide a more substantial understory landscape along Collins <br />Avenue. Continue theme of Green Island Ficus under Date Palms. <br />6. Provide key with tree symbols on both landscape sheets L-1 and L-2. <br />7. Provide more substantial palms in addition to multi -trunked <br />Alexander Palms along southern facade as shown in rendering to <br />help bring down scale. <br />8. Provide more substantial palms in addition to small trees and palms <br />along western and eastern fagades to help bring down scale of <br />building. <br />9. Show proposed utilities on Landscape Plan and ensure there are no <br />conflicts. <br />30. The location of backflow preventers, Siamese pipes, exterior <br />transformers and/or other related devices and fixtures shall be <br />clearly indicated and labeled on the landscape plan and shown how <br />they are screened with landscape material from the right-of-way. <br />11.
