Russo, City Manager <br />FROM: Claudia Hasbun, Zoning Administrator/Planning <br />Manager <br />DATE: 7/16/2015 <br />Publix in Sunny Isles Beach - Site Plan Modification <br />RE: 18320 - 18330 Collins Avenue <br />Appl. No. PZ2015-12 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />This site plan modification only includes modifications to Phase I of the <br />previous approved site plan. The site plan modification has been <br />reviewed by Staff and City Consultants. Based on the review of the <br />application, Staff finds the application consistent with the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan and the City's Land Development Regulations <br />subject to all conditions stipulated below. <br />Staff is submitting this application for consideration by the City <br />Commission. <br />The Applicant is seeking a site plan modification of an approved site <br />plan. The Applicant is requesting the following: (1) a new traffic <br />circulation pattern for ingress and egress of trucks on Collins Avenue; <br />(2) an ingress for customer vehicles from Collins Avenue with an <br />elimination of costumer vehicles egress onto Collins Avenue; (3) a <br />solid roof covering; and (4) a modification to the requirement to <br />underground utilities along 183rd Street to Collins Avenue to exclude <br />gas station property. <br />If this site plan modification is approved, all conditions set forth in City <br />77 <br />
