SUMMARY MINUTES <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> Regular City Commission Meeting - Thursday, November 18, 1999, 7:00 p.m. <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Samson at 7:10 p.m., with the following <br /> officials present: Mayor David Samson <br /> Vice Mayor Connie Morrow <br /> Commissioner Danny Iglesias <br /> Commissioner Lila Kauffman <br /> Commissioner Irving Turetsky <br /> City Manager Jack Neustadt <br /> City Attorney Lynn Dannheisser <br /> City Clerk Richard Brown-Morilla <br /> 2. INVOCATION/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> ACTION: Mrs. Marion Samson led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and Commissioner <br /> Irving Turetsky gave the invocation. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> None. <br /> 4. AGENDA/ORDER OF BUSINESS (ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/AMENDMENTS) <br /> 4A. POSSIBLE RECONSIDERATION OF S50,000 DONATION <br /> ACTION: [City Clerk's note: a hand-out was submitted at the meeting and made a part of the <br /> record.] The City Clerk read the title and City Attorney Dannheisser said the item was <br /> withdrawn from the agenda. <br /> 4B. Vice Mayor Morrow moved and Commissioner Iglesias seconded a motion to add-on item <br /> 9F[requested by Vice Mayor Morrow],and to add-on item 9-G[requested by Commissioner <br /> Turetsky], and to hear item 9-A before 7-C. The motion was approved by a voice vote of <br /> 5-0 in favor. <br /> 5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS: <br /> 5A.
