Add-on item: Mayor Samson introduced his son and daughter-in-law Stuart and Shirley, <br /> visiting from Chicago. <br /> 11E. Add-on item: Gerry Goodman raised a concern regarding the short notice/timing of when <br /> the City Commission agenda is published. He also said he had come to City Hall <br /> attempting to see Mr. Vera on three occasions regarding the detail of agenda items but Mr. <br /> Vera was unavailable. City Attorney Dannheisser explained there is no legal requirement <br /> to publish the City Commission's agenda, which was done as a courtesy. City Manager <br /> DiPietro explained that multiple copies of the agenda are distributed one week before a <br /> meeting. City Clerk Brown-Morilla explained that Mr. Goodman had come to City Hall <br /> asking to see the documents after he had seen the advertised Zoning Notice, but before the <br /> agenda had been completed, and so no one else on staff had the documents (only Mr. Vera <br /> had them). <br /> 12.
