AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES <br /> BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A REVISED FEE SCHEDULE FOR ZONING <br /> HEARINGS AND CERTIFICATES OF USE AND OCCUPANCY ATTACHED AS <br /> EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> ACTION: City Clerk Brown-Morilla read the title of the proposed ordinance and City Zoning <br /> & Code Administrator Jorge Vera introduced the item, noting that the County had raised their <br /> fees approximately 10% and requested a similar increase in fees. <br /> Public Speakers: none <br /> Vice-Mayor Turetsky moved and Commissioner Kauffman seconded a motion to adopt the <br /> ordinance on second reading.
