City Manager DiPietro noted that the budget amendment would appropriate the S2,000,000 <br /> grant for the park, reduce reliance on borrowing, and put more money into landscaping. <br /> Commissioner Kauffman asked what the additional vehicle was in the proposal. The City <br /> Manager answered that a civilian Public Safety Aide would be hired to write traffic tickets, <br /> and they would need a vehicle. <br /> Public Speakers: none <br /> Commissioner Morrow moved and Vice Mayor Turetsky seconded a motion to approve the <br /> amended ordinance on first reading.The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 <br /> in favor.
