DISCUSSION ITEMS: <br /> A. Mayor Samson announced that today,the City had acquired the land on 163rd street for a new <br /> City Hall. <br /> B. Commissioner Kauffman reported seeing a sign at 183 Street and Collins for ballroom <br /> dancing, and Mayor Samson said it had already been cited by staff. Mayor Samson <br /> complimented Commissioner Kauffman and encouraged others to also report any improper <br /> actions or events, so they could be quickly addressed. <br /> 12. REQUESTS, PETITIONS & OTHER COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> A. Luis Soro asked for permission to sometimes leave his van behind his store, if he finishes a <br /> job late at night. Mayor Samson said the laws must be uniformly applied, and that he should <br /> obey the laws. <br /> 13.
