ANNUAL JAZZ FESTIVAL ON THE BEACH SPONSORED BY THE CITY OF SUNNY <br /> ISLES BEACH. <br /> ACTION: City Clerk Brown-Morilla read the title and City Commissioner Iglesias explained <br /> his recommendation to host an annual jazz festival. <br /> Mayor Samson wanted to know the cost to the City, and Commissioner Iglesias said that <br /> perhaps corporate sponsors and grant money could pay some of the expenses. Mayor <br /> Samson asked that the proposal be refined and then brought back for discussion. <br /> Vice Mayor Morrow said the Fashion, Film, Entertainment and Production Council had <br /> discussed the proposal without knowing the details. She said the Council members were in <br /> favor of it, and she suggested that the proposal come before the Council.
