Commissioner Iglesias <br /> proposed changes regarding kitchens. City Attorney Dannheisser clarified the various <br /> proposals. <br /> Commissioner Kauffman moved and Commissioner Turetsky seconded a motion to adopt <br /> the ordinance based on staff's proposals on second reading.
