Zoning & Code Administrator Jorge Vera read his report on <br /> the proposal. <br /> Public Speakers: Jorge Vera, Zoning & Code Administrator; Marla Dumas, Planning & <br /> Development Director; Jeffrey Bercow, Esq.; Cliff Schulman, Esq.; Christopher Steers, <br /> Licensing and Code Enforcement Officer; Cecille Sippin; Gerry Goodman; Kathleen <br /> Kennedy; Bill Lone <br /> Jorge Vera detatiled changes to page 20 of the proposed ordinance. Commissioner Iglesias <br /> proposed changes regarding kitchens. City Attorney Dannheisser clarified the various <br /> proposals. <br /> Commissioner Kauffman moved and Commissioner Turetsky seconded a motion to adopt <br /> the ordinance based on staff's proposals on second reading. Ordinance No. 99-84 was <br /> adopted by a roll call vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> Vote: Commissioner Iglesias yes <br /> Commissioner Kauffman yes <br /> Commissioner Turetsky yes <br /> Vice-Mayor Morrow yes <br /> Mayor Samson yes <br /> After the vote, the City Attorney asked for direction from the City Commission regarding <br /> work on additional future amendments. Vice Mayor Morrow moved and Commissioner <br /> Kauffman seconded a motion to give direction to the City Attorney to continue work on <br /> additional amendments.
