Regular City Commission Meeting Summary Minutes October 16,2001 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida <br /> Commissioner Edelcup suggested holding a public workshop between first and second <br /> reading for maximum discussion and improved understanding. City Attorney Dannheisser <br /> encouraged the Commission to adopt the ordinance without delay, noting that in the future <br /> when the various reports are received the Commission could hold workshops and they might <br /> consider amendments. <br /> Commissioner Iglesias moved and Commissioner Edelcup seconded a motion to approve the <br /> proposed ordinance on first reading. The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 <br /> in favor.
