City Manager Russo said that there will be a three-month, <br /> quarterly report on the revenue. <br /> Public Speakers: none <br /> Commissioner Iglesias moved and Commissioner Turetsky seconded a motion to <br /> approve the proposed ordinance on first reading. The motion was approved by a <br /> roll call vote of 4-0-1 in favor.
