A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Authorizing the City Manager to Sign All Required Contracts, Agreements, and Purchase Orders that May Affect the Health, Safety, or Welfare of the City, and to Temporarily Renew Existing Contracts Which May Expire, for Forty-Five (45) Days, from the Last Commission Meeting in July 2001, Until the First Regular Commission Meeting in September 2001, Subject to Ratification by the City Commission at its First Regular Meeting in September 2001; Providing for an Effective Date.
