Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting February 22,2001 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida <br /> Mr. Bercow introduced a copy of two County Zoning Resolutions. <br /> Commissioner Iglesias moved and Vice Mayor Kauffman seconded a motion for <br /> approval with staff conditions to remove six units and provide seven more parking <br /> spaces, provide under-grounding,meet with the streetscape plans,under-grounding <br /> utilities and standard conditions; the number of units would drop to 147; a 3.62 <br /> FAR; include in Condition 8—30 days from the expiration of the appeal periods; at <br /> the end of Condition 13 add "unless a building permit is issued for the project."
