SAMSON OCEANFRONT PARK <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES <br />TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> PERMITS AND FEES 01065-1 <br />SECTION 01065 PERMITS AND FEES <br /> <br /> <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall obtain and pay for any permits and licenses related to his work, <br />except as otherwise provided herein. <br /> <br />1.02 The Contractor will be issued copies of all permits obtained by the City at the pre-construction conference. A <br />copy of the permits shall be posted at the site at all times during construction. The Contractor shall be responsible <br />for familiarizing himself with the permits and shall abide by the permit conditions at all times. <br /> <br />1.03 Work shall be conducted, and shall result in construction of the improvements of this project, in full accordance <br />with the conditions of the permits granted for the project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION
