We have reviewed the Bridge documents <br /> and discussed the scope of work with your vendor Ric Man to prepare this proposal. <br /> Our understanding of the scope of work is that a pedestrian bridge will be pre-fabricated and installed on <br /> the north side of the Gateway Park site, including sidewalk work, power/utility work, DOT work, and bridge <br /> tower and span construction. The Contractors timeframe to achieve substantial for the project is 270 days <br /> from start of construction with an additional 30 days to achieve Final Completion, in order to complete the <br /> proposal we have assumed a Notice To Proceed for the work as November 1, 2015. <br /> Our services for this work will match the level of service and scope being provided at the Gateway Park <br /> • project, using the same pre-approved rates (attached). This proposal has been prepared with the <br /> understanding that our services will be extended for the Gateway Park through December of 2015.
