These two municipal lots require more maintenance and other
services than other lots due to the amount of users. As such, a fee increase is required to recover
certain costs for these lots.
The City currently charges $2.00 for each hour, with a maximum of 12 hours, to park at Ellen
Wynne Beach Access and at Pier Park. The City Commission wishes to amend the parking fees
required per hour at the Ellen Wynne Beach Access and Pier Park parking locations, from the
current rate of$2.00 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
This Ordinance was requested by the City Manager's Office.
