Commissioner Iglesias asked if this <br /> would be waived when we have special events and City Manager Russo said yes. <br /> Vice Mayor Edelcup moved and Commissioner Goodman seconded a motion to approve <br /> the proposal on first reading. The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 in <br /> favor.
