Composite Attachment "A" <br /> CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br /> MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> In Re : City of Sunny Isles Beach <br /> Land Development Regulations <br /> (Adopted on Dec. 10, 2002) <br /> PETITION <br /> Petitioners Antonio Medina, Sanford Bosem, Ben Fried, John <br /> Durance , Irwin Deitch, Jack Tellerman, Eric Pfeffer, David <br /> Bitton, Edeed Ben-Josef, David Bulva, Joseph Betel , Philip Voss <br /> (collectively, the "Sunny Isles petitioners") , the Town of <br /> Golden Beach, and Scott Schlesinger (collectively, the <br /> "peticioners" ) '-, by and through undersigned counsel and pursuant <br /> to Fla. Stat . 163 . 3213 (3) , request the City <br /> of Sunny Isles <br /> Peach to declare its Land Development Regulations, as adopted on <br /> December 10 , 2002 , and as subsequently amended, to be <br /> inconsistent with its local Comprehensive Plan. In support of <br /> this petition, the petitioners would state as follows : <br /> 1 . Fla. Stat . §163 . 3213 provides "substantially affected <br /> persons" with "the right to maintain administrative actions <br /> which assure that' land development regulations implement and are • <br /> consistent with the local comprehensive plan. " <br /> The Sunny Isles petitioners all own property and reside at the <br /> Ocean I Condominium, located at 19111 Collins Avenue. <br /> Petitioner Schlesinger owns property and resides at 201 Ccean <br /> Boulevard, Golden Beach. <br /> • SHUBIN & BASS, P,A, <br />
