Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting December 18,2003 City of Sunny Isla Beach.Florida <br /> changed from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., this is due to the beer and wine licensing uses <br /> under the Code, if there was a need to start at 9:00 a.m., they would have had to ask for a <br /> variance. Commissioner Thaler asked how they will stop the people from coming into the <br /> front door to go directly to the restaurant, Mr. Snyder said they cannot do that for security <br /> reasons, they must have their car either valet parked to see a resident,or be a resident with <br /> an electronic access card. Mr. Snyder stated that the restaurant is outside, noting that <br /> there are only one or two tables inside, and the rest is outdoors. <br /> Commissioner Iglesias moved and Commissioner Thaler seconded a motion for <br /> approval,subject to staff conditions with the modification on operation hours(from <br /> 10:00 a.m.on Sunday).
