Summary Minutes:City Commission Meeting December 4,2003 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida <br /> the Acceptance and Payment by the Applicant of $7,558,863.00 for the Transfer of <br /> 124,991 Square Feet from the City's Development Rights Bank as Described in Exhibit <br /> 'A'; Providing for an Adjustment of the Balance of Development Rights Available; <br /> Providing for a Forfeiture and Reversion of Said Development Rights if Such Rights are <br /> Not Used Within 24 Months; Providing for a Repealer;Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> (First Reading 11/13/03) <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title. <br /> Public Speakers: Judith Burke, Esq. <br /> Judith Burke, Esq., representing the applicant, asked that the comments given at first <br /> reading of this Ordinance be incorporated into the hearing tonight. <br /> Vice Mayor Goodman moved and Commissioner Brezin seconded a motion to adopt the <br /> ordinance,as amended.
