Discussion regarding the Countdown Pedestrian Signal Test on the North Crosswalk at <br /> Collins Avenue and 174th Street. <br /> Action: City Manager Russo announced that FDOT placed a countdown pedestrian <br /> signal on the crosswalk at the north side crosswalk on Collins Avenue and 174h Street <br /> and invited residents to forward any comments to him. <br /> 11B. A Presentation by Calvin, Giordano& Associates, Inc. regarding the Reconstruction of <br /> 172nd Street. <br /> Action: City Manager Russo requested that this item be deferred. <br /> 12. CITIZENS'FORUM: REQUESTS,PETITIONS &OTHER COMMUNICATIONS <br /> 13.
