Mr. Gravitt introduced Rina <br /> Tsohn, a contestant in the Miss Teen Florida 2004 Pageant who lives in Sunny Isles <br /> Beach, and her parents. <br /> 6. Pursuant to Section 515 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations, <br /> the applicant is requesting to transfer 124,991 square feet of development rights from the <br /> City. <br /> 2.
