The.Landscape Legend is incorrect: Street tree requirement isin, <br /> addition to code required trees. Clearly delineate on plan and:plant,list <br /> which trees count toward street tree requirement and correct <br /> 2. Yucca aloifolia is considered a shrub,not a tree. Additional'verticality is <br /> required in the front of towers: <br /> 3. There are several diis.crepancies,between the plant list and landscape <br /> •plan.Symbols are incorrectly labeled and some beds are missing labels. <br /> 4. The Plant Symbol Legend located in the title block is cut off and illegible <br /> on Sheet L-3.000.00. <br /> 5. Is Green Buttonwood at 9'on center intended to be a hedge? If a tree <br /> it should be spread further apart to allow adequate space for canopy <br /> spread. <br /> 6. Utilities must be fully coordinated with proposed landscape. <br /> 7. All plant species east of the CCCL_line must be highly wind tolerant. <br /> Royal Poinciana is considered to have medium to low wind tolerance <br /> per IFAS. <br /> 8. Landscape is in conflict with doors into FPL Vault Room and Fire Pump <br /> Room on south side of South Tower. <br /> 9. Indicate location of relocated Coconut Palms on landscape plan or <br /> note that they are to be relocated off-site. <br /> 10. Provide sight lines at driveways intersecting Collins Avenue per FDOT <br /> criteria and ensure there are no conflicts. <br /> 11. Include typical sections through front,rear and sides of project to <br /> communicate design intent including section through dune. <br /> 12.
