In response to the additional comments raised by the <br /> City, we are submitting this 2nd Amended Letter of Intent. Below are the Applicant's responses <br /> to such comments: <br /> o As stated in the Letter of Intent, the Applicant is requesting the Approval <br /> of shared parking pursuant to Section 265.46(A)(3) of the LDRs. Please <br /> note that this shared parking will only be between the apartment/hotel and <br /> hotel uses located on the Property. <br /> O As shown on the revised plans, the Applicant has reduced the amount of <br /> residential units proposed on the Property to 431. In addition, the <br /> development will include two 56-story towers. <br /> o The Applicant would like to clarify that 120 public.
