C1112-034 <br /> This First Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Sunny Isles Beach and Action Labor <br /> Management d/b/a Staffing Connection, executed this at( day of Al , 2012, is made a part of <br /> the original Agreement between the parties dated June 15, 2011 approved by the City Commission via <br /> Resolution No. 2011-1724 ("Agreement") and incorporated herein by reference, between the City of <br /> •Sunny Isles Beach ("City") and Action Labor Management d/b/a Staffing Connection, ("Contractor") a <br /> business corporation licensed in the State of Florida, whose Federal Identification # is &5"-- .31) <br /> The City and Contractor hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. ELECTION OF RENEWAL TERM: The City hereby exercises its option to renew the <br /> Agreement for one (1) year pursuant to Section 3 of the Agreement, in an amount not to exceed One <br /> Hundred Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Fourteen Dollars ($112,914.00). <br /> 2.
