• Will we get a copy of the sign-in sheet? <br /> A copy of the sign-in sheet is provided herein. <br /> The following questions were asked via the City Clerk prior to the December 18th deadline: <br /> • On the schedule of bid prices it indicates that all the 4" PVC conduit is to be SCH80 But on <br /> the drawings all I can locate is they are indicating SCH40. Can you please clarify? <br /> Unless otherwise specified on the plans, all PVC conduit shall be SCH40. Specification <br /> Sections 00300 — Bid. Form and 15060 — Conduit and Fittings have been revised. Please <br /> refer Addendum No. 4 for revisions made to these sections. <br /> • I do not see the spec for the Buried Warning Tape, is it 3" or 6" wide, Standard or Extra <br /> Stretch, Detectable or Non Detectable, and what would the wording be on it? <br /> Buried warning tape shall be 3" wide and detectable. Additional requirements can be found <br /> in the bid documents, Section 15060 Conduit and Fittings, Part 3.02.A.7 <br /> • Handhole questions. In the bid it indicates closed base but on the drawings they indicate <br /> open base? <br /> Pull boxes shall be open bottom with gravel base per details on Supplementary Information <br /> sheets C-146 to C-155. <br /> • Atlantic Broadband — on the schedule of bid prices it indicates 30" x 36" x 48" But the <br /> drawing is for 30" x 48" x 36" Deep, please confirm. <br /> The detail on sheet C-154 is correct. The bid form has been revised and is part of <br /> Addendum No. 4. <br /> • ATT — on the schedule of bid prices it indicates 30" x 36" x 48" But the drawing is for 30" x <br /> 48" x 36" deep, please confirm. <br /> The detail on sheet C-153 is correct. The bid form has been revised and is part of <br /> Addendum No. 4. <br /> • Comcast — on the schedule of bid prices it indicates 24"x36" x 48" But the drawing is for 30" <br /> x 48" x 36" deep, please confirm. <br /> The detail on sheet C-155 is correct.
