Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting November 19,2015 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida <br /> read the title, and City Manager Russo reported. <br /> Public Speakers: Bob McSweeny <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Vice AMayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution. Resolution No. 2015-2495 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> ION. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida,Confirming <br /> the Balance of Transfer of Development Rights ("TDRs") Currently Held in the TDR <br /> Bank Accounts by the City of Sunny Isles Beach and Private Owners,Attached Hereto <br /> as Exhibit "A"; Requiring Yearly Updates for TDR Bank Accounts; Providing the City <br /> Manager with the Authority to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; <br /> Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Planning and Zoning Administrator Claudia <br /> Hasbun reported noting that the TDRs approved tonight [Item 100] is not included in this <br /> report. Basically the account will go down to 655,160 square feet, and to 334 units and so <br /> that will be the remainder of the TDR Bank for the City Bank if we don't add any other <br /> properties into the bank. With an increase in the gross area because we acquired the property <br /> at 15800 Collins Avenue. The first page.of the report lists all the properties that are part of <br /> the Bank.
