NAMED EQUIPMENT / MATERIAL SUPPLIER LIST: <br /> The Contract Documents are based upon the equipment or products available from the suppliers listed <br /> below. Provisions are made in the Contract Documents for alternate suppliers in certain instances whose <br /> equipment or products may be deemed equivalent in quality (reference Article 6.4 of the General <br /> Conditions). However, the Bidder must indicate in its Bid which named supplier the Bidder intends to use <br /> (in the event an alternate is not accepted)for each item of equipment/material item listed on this form by <br /> circling one of the listed Suppliers below for each type of equipment/material noted. Should a Bidder fail <br /> to circle a named item in any category it hereby agrees to furnish the first supplier listed (denoted by the <br /> letter A). Should a Bidder circle more than one named item in any category it hereby agrees to furnish the <br /> first supplier circled. <br /> In addition,where noted on the list,the Bidder must provide a price for the equipment/material item circled <br /> exclusive of installation cost.
