He is experienced and qualified with respect to "Yellow Book", OMB Circular A-133 <br /> ® and Rules of the Auditor General of the State of Florida compliance auditing reporting. Bill has experience dealing <br /> O directly with the State of Florida Department of Children and Families concerning various compliance, audit and other <br /> ® issues. Bill assists his clients in many areas of accounting including restructuring their existing loan agreements and bond <br /> O indentures, developing annual operating budgets, assisting with their dealings with financial institutions and the <br /> ® development of business plans, financial planning and proforma financial statements. <br /> 0 <br /> ® Bill takes great pride in his community involvement.
