The contract will be awarded by the City to the Proposer whose proposal <br /> ® best serves the interests of, and represents the best value to,the City in accordance with the criteria <br /> set forth in Section 62-8 of the City Code. <br /> ® 2.2 PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE <br /> ® Non-Mandatory 12/09/201512/10/2015 at 11:00 AM <br /> ® 2.3 TERM <br /> ® Three (3) years, with the initial fiscal year ending September 30, 2016. We will also consider an <br /> ® option of two(2) one(1) year renewals for a total of a five(5) year term. <br /> ® 2.4 OPTIONS TO RENEW <br /> An option of two(2)one (1) year renewals totaling five (5)years <br /> ® 2.5 METHOD OF AWARD <br /> Contract shall be awarded to the most responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal best <br /> ® serves the interest of and represents the best value to the City in conformity with the criteria set <br /> forth in Florida Statute 218.391 and in accordance with Section 62-8 of the Code of Ordinances of <br /> ® the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
