PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH At RJ Behar we understand that repeat business is the key to a successful company and as such we strive to provide full customer satisfaction. Our organization places the upmost importance on the Project Manager to deliver quality services, on time and within budget. The Project Manager is the key to a successful project; he is the "CEO" for the technical elements related to the project. Our project management philosophy is to be proactive. This simply means: to search out problems and solve them before they can happen. Our Project Manager, Juan H. Vazquez, P.E., has been involved in numerous design projects over the past 26 years. Our management philosophy is best summarized as follows: a. Staff (Personnel that will perform the work) RJ Behar will commit highly competent and experienced professionals to this project. They will be provided the necessary resources and be held accountable for their results. For each firm in the team, we have established a point of contact for this contract that will start the coordination from each firm to develop the scope of services. b. Management of the Schedule (on time) The RJ Behar Project Manager is responsible for schedule control of the project. Working with City Staff and key members of the Project Team, Mr. Vazquez will identify all discrete activities, resources and efforts required for each task, and prepare the project schedule. Inputs to the schedule will be activities, duration of each activity, predecessors and successors to each activity, efforts required to complete each activity, and personnel assigned to successfully complete each activity. This process will result in a 5.177— — "Project Schedule" identifying ==1', activities, which are on the ; =_ == _=7-=1 ` "critical path" as well as float -_ —I — time in other activities. Team meetings will be held on a regular basis to review progress and assure compliance with the "Project Schedule."
