<br /> HR Engineering Services, Inc. for any geotechnical services. We are confident that we can provide you with the quality
<br /> professional services you need for successful completion of this contract.
<br /> RJ Behar was founded in 1999 to provide consulting services to public and private clients throughout South Florida.
<br /> Our firm has grown during that period of time to 43 employees. Our steady growth has been based on providing
<br /> ® quality services with a client service-oriented approach. In this short time, we have secured continuing service
<br /> contracts with the following municipalities: the Cities of Miami, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Sunrise,
<br /> Miramar, Lauderdale Lakes, Lauderhill, Town of Southwest Ranches, and the Town of Davie. RJ Behar also has
<br /> continuing services contracts with Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Martin County and Palm Beach County,
<br /> Central Broward Water Control District (CBWCD), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and South Florida
<br /> Water Management District(SFWMD).

<br /> MR.JUAN H.VAZQUEz, PE, PH, BCEE will be our Project Manager. Mr. Vazquez is a professional hydrologist(PH), a
<br /> Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE), and has more than 26 years of civil engineering experience
<br /> including the design of water and wastewater projects, preparation of stormwater master plans, drainage studies,
<br /> street improvements, hydrologic/hydraulic (H-H) and scour studies, and utility relocations. As a PM officer, he will
<br /> monitor all work performed under this contract to achive success.
<br /> MR. ROBERT J. BEHAR, PE,Principal-In-Charge, has over 35 years of civil engineering experience. He has also been
<br /> 411 involved in a plethora of municipal design projects. Mr. Behar specializes in roadway geometrics and traffic
<br /> operations. He also has worked on various infrastructure projects, and is very familiar with the municipal planning
<br /> process. He has participated, either as a project manager or as principal in charge, in over 100 engineering projects
<br /> throughout South Florida, many of which are constructed and running smoothly.
