CARMEN A. APONTE, MSE, CEI Miramar Canal System Evaluation—City of Miramar, Florida Senior Drainage Designer who performed site evaluations to determine the existing conditions of the canal system. She evaluated the drainage basins, siltation and deterioration of seawalls. Ms. Aponte performed basin evaluation using the AdICPR model. She also studied the canal system interaction with the TURNPIKE/HEFT interchange drainage system. US-1/S12-5, St Lucie County, Florida—FDOT, District 4 Drainage Designer who prepared the right-of-way occupancy permitting package and NPDES- SWPPP plan preparation. Turnpike Widening Johnson Street to Griffin Road—FDOT Turnpike Enterprise Senior Drainage Designer for drainage to widen the Tumpike main line from 6 to 8-lanes. This project involved milling, resurfacing and widening of the Turnpike. Ms.Aponte worked on the drainage design and permitting packages. Hollywood Boulevard (SR•820)from SR-A1A to US 1 — FDOT, District 4 Senior Drainage Designer- Ms.Aponte worked on the design of drainage improvements for the project.
