This new state of the art health care facility will be a Jenna Chamberlain,PE <br /> ® LEED Accredited building at either the Gold or Silver Level when completed. CGA Ray Pippiti,PE <br /> assisted the project design team with securing valuable points for Site Development, Sabrina Baglieri <br /> ® Storm Water Management, Light Pollution Reduction and Water Efficient Landscaping. Robert Jackson,PSM <br /> ® An underground cistern system was designed to handle storm water run-off on a very Construction Cost <br /> small urban site. Energy-efficient L.E.D. site lighting fixtures were selected to be both <br /> ® night-sky friendly and use less power. The landscaping has been designed to utilize $71 Million (Building) <br /> ® native and drought tolerant plants and eliminate large grass areas. The hospital is $4 Million (Site Work) <br /> ® funding an infrastructure improvement to bring reclaimed water from the City of <br /> Hollywood's Water Treatment Plant to the site,so that it can be used to efficiently water Fin Fee's <br /> 9 the landscape areas.
