<br /> ® Departments provided design services for the new Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in
<br /> ® Hollywood, Florida. This new state of the art health care facility will be a LEED Team Members
<br /> Accredited building at either the Gold or Silver Level when completed. CGA assisted the Tammy Cook, LEEDAP, RLA
<br /> ® project design team with securing valuable points for Site Development, Storm Water Michael Conner, RLA
<br /> ® Management, Light Pollution Reduction and Water Efficient Landscaping. An Brian Daigle,P.E.
<br /> underground cistern system was designed to handle storm water run-off on a very

<br /> ® the landscape areas. In addition, CGA's Landscape Architecture Department is $4 Million (Site Work)
<br /> ® attempting to obtain two Innovation in Design credits for the relocation of nearly 200 Firm Fee's
<br /> ® trees and palms from the site, as well as implementing an organic landscape
<br /> maintenance program for the property. $300,000
