(CGA) re-designed and relocated Lift Station No. 1 to <br /> accommodate the construction of the new wastewater treatment plant on the University <br /> ® of Florida site. The existing service area for Lift Station No. 1 consists of residential and <br /> 0 commercial areas located east of Davie Road and the north of Griffin Road. Sixteen <br /> smaller lift stations contribute sanitary flow to the gravity sewer system which flow into <br /> 0 PS.1.The pump station discharges into a 16 inch force main which traverses south along <br /> ® 61th avenue 11600 LF to Lift Station No. 8. <br /> ® The new location for LS No. 1 is approximately 50 feet west of the existing LS No. 1. The <br /> ® design included complete engineering for the wet well, pumps, valve pit, piping, valves, <br /> conduit control panel, site grading and electrical service.
