® traffic-related impacts. From our combined experience in managing FDOT, municipal and developer-driven
® transportation projects,we have developed a mutually beneficial approach that integrates both public and
private-sector perspectives.
® We currently provide traffic-engineering services to St. Lucie County, Parkland, Weston, Greenacres,
Loxahatchee Groves, Surfside and Homestead. CGA's Traffic Engineers are involved in Comprehensive
® Planning including Evaluation and Appraisal Reports and in preparation of Transportation Elements, and
® HB697 energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reductions requirements. Our familiarity extends to
® Transportation Concurrency Exception Areas (TCEAs) and SB360 requirements.
® 3-D Traffic Simulation
® CGA can develop a computer-generated microscopic traffic simulation for all primary intersections and
roadway segments within any Sunny Isles Beach study area. This will allow a comprehensive
® understanding of how well the roadway network is
• l 'G -"` ' —fir _ xl currently operating. It will also allow us to develop
1-:4-t- =.-...7 .- limitless alternative scenarios to examine the
® et -" t- Timacie= effects of various conditions including event traffic
9 ono routing, construction detours and re-routing, and
® — - '`Q -; congestion management strategies. The traffic
'S, ee. simulation can be utilized to develop optimal traffic
® note that the model developed for the Citywill be
very cost effective and easy to modify as
