<br /> • improvement works, vertical drains, slope stability analysis, overall stability of reinforced earth walls, and
<br /> earth works. He is familiar with field testing of soils, concrete, structural steel and asphalt in accordance with
<br /> ® ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, AWS, AISC and F.D.O.T. standards. Mr. Villegas has extensive experience in
