Reviewed plans for <br /> constructability, designed seawall repair components and provided in-field inspection of existing <br /> structures. Evaluated impacts to shoreline trees and compliance with City codes. <br /> ® Russell Property ADA Compliant Canoe & Kayak Launching Facility, Port Orange, FL — Project <br /> Engineer. Ensured all design work conformed to FDEP rules for construction of piers over and in <br /> Outstanding Florida Waters. Responsible for ensuing proper piling embedment and utility of launch to <br /> be as practical as possible for kayaks. <br /> Waterway and Canal Maintenance Dredging, Port St. Lucie, FL — Construction Inspector. <br /> Reviewed plans for constructability, coordinated with local residents to ensure public support, and <br /> inspected dredge material offload sites for feasibility. <br /> Taylor Creek Restoration Dredging, Phase 2, St. Lucie County, FL — Coastal Engineer. On-Site <br /> review of plans for constructability, feasibility and cost effectiveness. Coordinated all monitoring well <br /> locations at site with FDEP and generated a monitoring plan. <br />
