FAELLA Aquatic Biologist Mr. Faella has over 11 years of professional experience in aquatic biology, entomology and other environmental projects and studies. He has done extensive work in surface water quality, aquatic plant and benthic macroinvertebrate monitoring as well as in midge and mosquito management. Mr. FaeIla has performed various ecological assessments of local aquatic, wetland and upland systems. He is certified by FWC to survey, permit, trap, excavate and relocate gopher tortoises as an Authorized Gopher Tortoise Agent. He also conducts permit compliance and construction inspections while managing dredging and shoreline projects. Project management responsibilities have included planning, client and contractor coordination, grant administration, bidding assistance, environmental permitting, and final certification and closeout. He has also conducted numerous conference presentations and professional workshops for lake management and mosquito control professionals.
