Both fields have a definite impact on our quality of life. In the late 1990s. The Corradino Group ® realized that municipalities. particularly the newer and smaller ones, were at a competitive disadvantage with ® the development community. Municipal staffs were not structured to have the number of technical specialties in house to adequately review development and assure that the municipalities were not shouldering an unfair ® burden in the mitigation of impacts. I have worked in a similar capacity for many cities. ® notably, Miami. Miami Beach. Homestead. Hialeah. Hallandale. and many others. and have developed • methods of measuring and tracking transportation capacity. I have also developed extensive multimodal master plans and performed presentations to government boards and city councils. Currently. I am serving as an ® elected official in the Village of Pinecrest. as well as on the Miami-Dade MPO's Transportation Planning ® Council (TPC). and was a former member of the MMPO's Citizens' Transportation Advisory Committee. (CTAC). Mike Ciscar, PE will serve as the project manager. Mr. Ciscar is an extensively experienced -;.....„,‘ ® transportation engineer, and former FDOT lead environmental engineer.
