Because of restrictions on the 1 � -+T pti� <br /> ® ability to stop traffic to - gather ' - - <br /> information, the consultant distributed post card, mail-back forms _to traffic <br /> stopped at lights at exit and entrance -ramps to the interstate. People had the <br /> opportunity to mail the cards in or submit surveys on the Internet at a Web site <br /> established by Corradino (www.i595survey.com). Approximately 70,000 post <br /> ® cards were distributed at seven interchanges. Of these, approximately 7,000 <br /> 0 were returned via mail and 1 ,200 via Internet.
