<br /> s Miami, Florida condominium/apartment units along SW 72nd Ave south of SW
<br /> 82nd St and north of Snapper Creek Canal.This consisted of 1250 LE
<br /> b Client: Lennar Homes of 15-inch exfiltration trench and half-width milling and resurfacing
<br /> ® Units: 560 along SW 72nd Avenue, 2000 LF of 12-inch water main extension
<br /> • Cost: $65 Million and a 6-inch DIP for domestic water service, with 8-inch DIP fire
<br /> • Completion: 2007 service and a 2-inch water service for irrigation for all four buildings,
<br /> • plus 1000 LF of 8-inch DIP sanitary extension.
<br /> ® B&A obtained all necessary permits from the relevant governing
<br /> A agencies: MD-WASD. Department of Environmental Protection,
<br /> • Miami Dade County & DERM and provided coordination, field
<br /> • visits, approved shop drawings, response to RFI's and completing
<br /> ® all the necessary forms from the different agencies.
