The project incorporated '/z mile of <br /> o sanitary sewer reconstruction, ''/ mile of water main extension, <br /> • paving,grading and drainage with stormwoter containment system <br /> o which included deep wells and an emergency pumping system to <br /> back-feed to the wells during high storm activity.
