<br /> • Morgan Levy Park Master Plan Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. (B&A) developed three distinct
<br /> • Doral, Florida design schemes for renovation of this 14-acre Park,a neighborhood
<br /> • recreational area in the City of Doral. In designing the renovations,
<br /> • Client: City of Doral B&A incorporated both active and passive recreation facilities,
<br /> • Cost: $11 Million working within the confines of the existing site layout which included
<br /> • tennis courts, a recreation building and a parking lot.
<br /> • B&A provided pion development,preparationof design documents,
<br /> • and maintenance standards and assisted the City in the bidding
<br /> • and negotiation phases as well as construction administration.
<br /> • B&A was also responsible for the renovation of another site, the
<br /> • 14-acre Doral Meadow Park,as well as the master plan for another
<br /> 3-acre park.
